Always good food and good service. If sushi is being made... get it. Superior sushi. They have several locations, different owners. I can only speak for the Snohomish location on Bickford.
We love Kami teriyaki. The inside of the restaurant by the order desk is a bit dirty and cluttered. We have only eaten in once as it isn't t the atmosphere we prefer. Plenty of people do though. Their food is great. Spice is perfect. We have learned who cooks the way we like. Meaning, it probably isn't very consistent but it typically works out in our favor. Make sure you have all you need before taking your to go order. More than once we have been without teriyaki sauce We are loyal to Kami.
In my opinion this is the best teriyaki restaurant in Snohomish County. I usually order the chicken bento and it's always delicious. The Chicken is flavorful and very tender, the sushi rolls are made fresh to order and the tempura is a tasty mix of vegetables and jumbo shrimp. The service is consistently friendly and the dining area is clean and welcoming. This place is truly a gem!

Favorite teriyaki place in Snohomish for these reasons: 1. So many.choices: teriyaki, bento, Chinese dishes, sushi - there's really something for everyone 2. Quality of cooking- their tempura is perfection, sushi is so fresh, perfect char on teriyaki, nothing is greasy...the cooks here know what they're doing 3. Great location/Easy parking...tons of angled parking spots all around, I can always find a spot My only complaint is that I don't care for their miso soup too much. Very salty. But everything else is perfection.
